Brenda Tsiaousis is known as “The Connector of Dreams” for her ability to draw out what’s best within each of her clients—to inspire, empower and transform them but also to move them into action. To not only discover what makes them tick at a deep level but also to show them how to confidently take consistent inspired action to earn substantial income within a purpose-filled business.

Brenda’s mission is to empower women in business globally to realise their full potential as leaders and successful entrepreneurs with a special focus on entrepreneurial mindset and online business strategies.

Contributing author of “The Inspiration Bible and Spiritual Awakenings”, Brenda speaks on leadership, mindset, resilience, courage, leading with emotional intelligence and business topics at local and national events.

Brenda and her family of 6 emigrated from South Africa to Australia in 2009, after a traumatic life event. It was then that Brenda decided to start her own consultancy, working from home while caring for her 4 children. The challenges small business owners often face when working in isolation prompted Brenda to use lessons from her own life and experience to inspire others to boldly follow their dreams and live their passion.

She lives by a simple philosophy. “In life or business you need to stand for something.” Brenda stands for authenticity. She wants individuals to feel connected and courageous with absolute clarity of purpose. She wants them to know and own their value and communicate it with confidence.

Brenda is a recognized member of Rotary International Hobart Branch, Committee member of RYLA (Rotary Youth Leaders Awards), is Immediate Past President of the International Coaching Federation – Tasmania, and a committed member of her local church C3 Hobart.

Client centred-ness has always been a driving force in Brenda’s work, resulting in a nomination for Business Woman of the year – 2008 (Corporate category – Service Excellence) in South Africa. She also received the Captains award for her contribution to personal and professional development, literature and entrepreneurship by the African Australian Inc, in 2014.
